Standard Multi-Family Construction

1. Box Construction

3/4” thick wood-based composite panel with two-sided TFL. White cabinet interior. Front edgebanding is white or black PVC, bonded with PUR adhesive. Optional upgrade to matching front. Full 3/4” back panel is rabbeted for rigidity and strength. Top rail is glued and doweled.

Box Upgrade: 18mm plywood, finished on two sides with white TFL

2. End Panels

3/4” thick wood-based composite with two-sided TFL. Front edges are finished with durable white or black PVC using PUR adhesive. Optional upgrades for finished ends include matching 3/4” thick TFL panels. Standard white ends pair with all white door styles.

Note: Plywood construction does not allow finished ends and requires an additional panel to cover exposed sides.

3. Top & Bottom Panels

3/4” thick wood-based composite panel with two-sided TFL. Bottoms are glued and doweled to sides. Front edgebanding is white or black PVC, bonded with PUR adhesive. Optional upgrade to matching front.

4. Back Panel

3/4” thick wood-based composite panel with two-sided TFL. Solid back panels are rabbeted and glued to case sides and bottom.

5. Shelves

3/4” thick wood-based composite panel with two-sided TFL. Front edgebanding is white PVC, bonded with PUR adhesive. Optional upgrade to matching front. Shelves are adjustable in all cabinets. Wall cabinets have full depth shelves. Base, tall and vanity cabinets have 2/3 depth shelves.

6. Toe Kick

3/4” thick wood composite panel with two-sided TFL. 4-3/8” high, attached with plastic clips on leg levelers, adjustable from 3 3/4 to 4 1/2”. Toe kick sold separately.

7. Top Rails & Drawer Rails

3/4” thick wood-based composite panel with two-sided TFL. Front edgebanding is white or black PVC, bonded with PUR adhesive. Optional upgrade to matching front.

Drawers

Standard: White Metal Drawer

The drawer box is soft-close, 3/4 extension, single-wall steel construction. Integrated drawer slide and drawer side with white, baked-on, epoxy finish. 75 lbs. load capacity. Drawer bottoms are nominal 3/4” thick wood-based composite panel with two-sided TFL. White laminate on both faces & matching edgeband on top edge.

Upgrade: Dovetail Drawer

Front, back and sides are nominal 5/8” thick hardwood with dovetail construction and natural U.V. finish. Drawer bottoms are nominal 3/8” thick multi-ply hardwood plywood inserted into dado in front, back and sides. Includes high-quality steel, full-extension, undermount, soft-close drawer guides with two-way adjustment. 75 lbs. load capacity.
